Mapping of Arabidopsis thaliana warp2 mutant

Application of whole genome resequencing to identify the mutation in the warp2 mutant of Arabidopsis thaliana. Illumina sequencing of pooled genomic DNA from individuals with the mutant phenotype identified in an F2 mapping population generated by a cross between the mutant (in the Columbia-0 accession) and wild type (Landsberg erecta accession).

全基因组重测序（whole genome resequencing）在拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）warp2突变体突变位点鉴定中的应用。将携带哥伦比亚-0（Columbia-0）生态型背景的warp2突变体与兰兹伯格直立（Landsberg erecta）生态型野生型进行杂交，构建F2作图群体（F2 mapping population），随后对该群体中已鉴定出的携带突变表型的个体的混合基因组DNA开展Illumina测序（Illumina sequencing）。
