methylC-seq profiling of seeds, at 0 h and 24 h after imbibition and following 4-d of growth under aerobic and anerobic conditions, as well as following re-oxygenation (3dN1dA) in rice. Overall design: gDNA was extracted from samples collected at each time point in triplicate. The time points were: 0 h (dry seed), 24 h and 4 days under aerobic (A) and anaerobic (N) conditions, as well as 3‐day‐old seedlings grown under anaerobic conditions that were switched to air for 1 day.
本数据集针对水稻样本开展甲基胞嘧啶测序(methylC-seq)分析,样本涵盖吸胀后0小时、24小时的种子,以及在好氧、厌氧条件下生长4天的材料,同时包含经厌氧预培养3天后转移至空气环境复氧1天(标注为3dN1dA)的样本。实验整体设计:从各时间点的样本中提取基因组DNA(gDNA),每组设置3次生物学重复。所涉及的时间点与处理条件如下:0小时(干种子)、吸胀后24小时样本,好氧(标注为A)与厌氧(标注为N)条件下生长4天的样本,以及经厌氧条件培养3天后转移至空气环境中复氧1天的3日龄幼苗样本。
