This dataset comprises long-term total phosphorus (TP) concentration data for Canadian lakes and the source code of the TPNet. The TP dataset offers annual near-surface TP concentration data for Canadian lakes from 1984 to 2023, derived from Landsat surface reflectance imagery and TPNet model retrievals. The source code includes the pre-trained TPNet model developed using the PyTorch framework, along with a demo script to guide users in estimating near-surface TP concentration from Landsat surface reflectance data using TPNet.
