Molecular characterization of Staphylococcus aureus that correlate with the disease activity and clinical features of atopic dermatitis (AD).

S. aureus is taking a major place in the microbiome of AD. To characterize the strains that exhibit pathogenicity on specific AD lesions, we analyzed the whole-genome sequence of S. aureus isolated from healthy skin and AD skin.
