在数据《乌江流域水库的古菌多度》中，主要包含乌江流域洪家渡、红枫湖、彭水、索风营和银盘五座水库在枯水期（一月份）和平水期（四月份）表层沉积物中古菌的丰度。其中表格里HJD、HF、PS、SFY、YP分别代表洪家渡、红枫湖、彭水、索风营、银盘水库。
In the dataset titled *Abundance of Archaea in Reservoirs of the Wujiang River Basin*, the core content covers the archaeal abundance in surface sediments of five reservoirs (Hongjiadu, Hongfeng Lake, Pengshui, Suofengying and Yinpan) in the Wujiang River Basin during the dry season (January) and normal flow season (April). In the table, HJD, HF, PS, SFY and YP stand for Hongjiadu, Hongfeng Lake, Pengshui, Suofengying and Yinpan Reservoirs respectively.
