River and lake vector and coverage dataset in Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou of China and the ASEAN countries

Using Eurasian river vector data (2010) and European Space Agency (ESA) Global Land Classification data (2020) terrestrial surface water products, river and lake reservoir surface area vector data were formed by fusion. Then, the expansion and contraction buffer method was used to solve the problem of river water discontinuity, and the river surface area vector datasets in Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou of China and ten ASEAN countries were produced with the aid of judgments based on the first-degree, second-degree, and third-degree river classes in the HyroBASINS data. The lake and reservoir surface area vector dataset for the same region was obtained through further processing of the European Space Agency (ESA) global land classification data. The river and lake reservoir coverage was calculated to generate 1km river and lake reservoir coverage grid dataset.

本研究以2010年欧亚河流水系矢量数据,以及欧洲空间局(European Space Agency, ESA)2020年全球地表覆盖分类数据中的陆地地表水产品为基础数据源,通过数据融合生成河、湖、库水域面积矢量数据集。随后采用伸缩缓冲区法解决河流水体不连续问题,并依托HydroBASINS数据中的一级、二级、三级水系等级判别结果,制作了覆盖中国广西、云南、贵州及东盟十国的河流水域面积矢量数据集。通过对欧洲空间局(ESA)全球地表覆盖分类数据开展进一步处理,获取了同一区域的湖、库水域面积矢量数据集。通过计算河、湖、库水域覆盖度,生成了空间分辨率为1km的河、湖、库水域覆盖度栅格数据集。
