ITS microbiome analysis of seedling leaf tissues of controlled cross 'Lakota' x 'Oaxaca' originating from Georgia and Texas. The microbiota of 10 pecan seedlings were analyzed. The leaf microbial composition of seedling leaf tissues were compared between the two states.
