本发明属于木材仿生技术领域,提供了一种仿生活立木产生负氧离子人工木材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:对木材进行预处理;制备g-3N4;制备钨酸铯纳米颗粒;将钨酸铯纳米颗粒与g-C3N4加入去离子水中,超声分散,得到钨酸铯/g-C3N4水分散液;将预处理的木材浸渍于钨酸铯/g-C3N4水分散液中,经过反复多次真空加压浸渍处理;将经浸渍处理的木材在室温条件下干燥;将干燥后的木材进行热压缩处理,得到仿生活立木产生负氧离子人工木材。本发明以可再生的建筑装饰材料木材为基材,通过氢氧化钠/亚硫酸钠水溶液预处理木材,并结合真空加压浸渍和热压缩处理制备负载钨酸铯/g-C3N4复合材料的人工木材。

This invention belongs to the field of wood bionic technology, and provides a preparation method for artificial wood that mimics living standing trees to generate negative oxygen ions. The method comprises the following steps: 1. Pretreat the wood; 2. Prepare g-C3N4; 3. Prepare cesium tungstate nanoparticles; 4. Add cesium tungstate nanoparticles and g-C3N4 into deionized water and perform ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a cesium tungstate/g-C3N4 aqueous dispersion; 5. Immerse the pretreated wood in the obtained aqueous dispersion and conduct multiple rounds of vacuum pressure impregnation treatment; 6. Dry the impregnated wood at room temperature; 7. Perform hot pressing treatment on the dried wood to obtain the artificial wood that mimics living standing trees to generate negative oxygen ions. This invention takes renewable wood as a building and decorative substrate, and prepares artificial wood loaded with cesium tungstate/g-C3N4 composites by pretreating wood with a sodium hydroxide/sodium sulfite aqueous solution, combined with vacuum pressure impregnation and hot pressing treatments.
