This data set presents support information to the techno-economic and environmental assessment performed to evaluate the production of ethyl levulinate from Colombian rice straw. The data include the backup files for the simulations performed in Aspen Plus v12 for both scenarios assessed (base and alternative), the life cycle inventories (rice cultivation, base scenario, and alternative scenario are included), and the cost calculation for the alternative scenario.
