Prematurity or LBW (LBW), as a global public health problem, is also a major concern in human medicine and animal production. Exploring reasonable and effective nutritional interventions are crucial for the growth and development of LBW infants. Hydrolyzed protein formula has been proposed to prevent intestinal dysfunction and is more suitable fordigestion and absorption in infants. This study aimed to investigate the advantages of deeply HF in feeding intolerance, intestinal morphological development and microbiota of LBW piglets.

早产或低出生体重(Low Birth Weight, LBW)作为全球性公共卫生问题,同时也是人类医学与动物生产领域的重点关注议题。探索合理有效的营养干预策略,对低出生体重婴儿的生长发育至关重要。水解蛋白配方(Hydrolyzed protein formula)已被提出可用于预防肠道功能障碍,且更利于婴儿的消化吸收。本研究旨在探究深度水解蛋白配方(deeply hydrolyzed formula, HF)在改善低出生体重仔猪喂养不耐受、促进肠道形态发育以及调节肠道菌群方面的优势。
