北极行政区划

基于中国科学院资源环境科学数据中心全球100万基础地理数据（2010年），在AarcGIS里分别提取北极八国（美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、挪威（含Greenland格陵兰和Faro岛）、丹麦、瑞典、芬兰、冰岛）在国家、省级层面的行政区划，分国别保存。数据格式是arcgis的shp格式，投影方式为GCS_WGS_1984. 国家级数据源自http://www.resdc.cn/data.aspx?DATAID=205； 省级数据源自http://www.resdc.cn/data.aspx?DATAID=206.This dataset is developed based on the 1:1,000,000-scale global basic geographic data (2010) from the Data Center for Resources and Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Administrative divisions at the national and provincial levels of the eight Arctic countries (the United States, Canada, Russia, Norway [including Greenland and the Faroe Islands], Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) were extracted using ArcGIS and saved separately by country. The data is stored in ArcGIS Shapefile format with the projection of GCS_WGS_1984. The national-level dataset is sourced from http://www.resdc.cn/data.aspx?DATAID=205; the provincial-level dataset is sourced from http://www.resdc.cn/data.aspx?DATAID=206.
