Identifying the role of two DNA methyltransferase enzymes in Fusarium graminearum isolate NRRL29169 by high-throughput mRNA sequencing under 2 environmental conditions. Two strains of F. graminearum (WT and a DNMT mutant, ∆FgDim-2/∆FgRid) under 2 environmental conditions (24h Preferred nutrient (PN) and 24h Non-preferred nutrient (NPN)) in triplicate.
本研究通过高通量mRNA测序(high-throughput mRNA sequencing)技术,鉴定禾谷镰孢(Fusarium graminearum)菌株NRRL29169中两种DNA甲基转移酶(DNA methyltransferase)在两种环境条件下的功能。实验采用两株禾谷镰孢:野生型(WT)与DNA甲基转移酶(DNMT)突变体∆FgDim-2/∆FgRid,设置2种培养条件,即24小时优选营养(Preferred nutrient, PN)与24小时非优选营养(Non-preferred nutrient, NPN),所有实验组均设置3次生物学重复。
