In this project, reverse flow injection analysis and ferrozine colorimetry
based method was developed to determine the redox speciation of iron in freshwater
systems. The method was optimized for the parameters that could affect the method
sensitivity. The accuracy was determined by comparing the total iron data acquired
by both ICP-OES and the FIA method.
本研究开发了一种基于反相流动注射分析法(reverse flow injection analysis)与菲洛嗪比色法(ferrozine colorimetry)的检测方法,用于测定淡水系统中铁的氧化还原形态。针对可能影响该方法灵敏度的各项参数,对该方法进行了优化。通过对比电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)与流动注射分析法(FIA)所获取的总铁数据,对该方法的准确度进行了验证。
