Acoustic-Biochemical Drive and Fröhlich Coherence in Neural Microtubules: A Bio-Physical Model of Sustained Traditional Chanting
收藏资源简介:
This paper presents an integrated bio-physical model explaining the subjective "high-frequency resonance and clarity" experienced during sustained traditional chanting (specifically Lotus Sutra Chapter 2: Expedient Means and the 30-minute recitation of Namu Myoho Renge Kyo). Moving beyond religious or dogma-based frameworks, we treat these traditional practices as highly optimized bio-engineering protocols. Building upon established physiological evidence—including serotonin synthesis via rhythmic vocalization, nasal nitric oxide (NO) surge from resonant humming (/n/, /m/), and vagal nerve stimulation—we extend the paradigm to micro-level neural physics. We propose that a 30-minute continuous acoustic drive acts as a sustained phonon injection into axonal microtubule networks. Utilizing Herbert Fröhlich's coherence theory and the Orch-OR model, we show how continuous vibrational input and top-down prefrontal inhibition overcome thermal decoherence in the warm brain environment, inducing a phase transition toward macroscopic bio-quantum coherence (Fröhlich condensation). This macroscopic phase alignment between anatomical resonance cavities and quantum-level microtubule vibrations provides a rigorous physical basis for the subjective qualia of high-frequency acoustic clarity.
