莱茵衣藻（Chlamydomonas reinhardtii）核小体定位图谱（nucleosome mapping）研究。本实验未采用固定并裂解活细胞细胞核组分的传统方法，而是将裸露的基因组DNA与组蛋白共同孵育，使二者依据各自分子的固有特性自然发生自组装。完成自组装后，使用微球菌核酸酶（micrococcal nuclease, MNase）消化核小体间的连接DNA，随后对结合于核小体的DNA进行测序。
