We performed high-throughput sequencing of chromatin-associated RNA from CH12 cells depleted of Ddx1 and induced to undergo Class Switch Recombination (CSR). Overall design: CH12 cells depleted for Ddx1 (shDdx1) and control (shCtrl), cultured in unstimulated (UNS) and CSR inducing (CIT) conditions; 2 replicates each sample.我们对敲低Ddx1且被诱导发生类别转换重组（Class Switch Recombination, CSR）的CH12细胞中的染色质相关RNA进行了高通量测序。实验整体设计：设置敲低Ddx1（shDdx1）与阴性对照（shCtrl）的两组CH12细胞，分别在未刺激（UNS）及CSR诱导（CIT）的培养条件下培养；每个样本设置2个生物学重复。
