RNA-Seq of CDS1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Two nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines HONE1 and 5-8F were stably transfered with pCMV6-entry-CDS1 plasmid or pCMV6-entry-empty plasmid. Then, RNA sequencing technology was applied to high throughput sequencing of RNA from the above samples. Eventually, based on the analysis results, the gene expression of samples were evaluated at the transcriptional level.

本研究选取两株鼻咽癌细胞系HONE1与5-8F，分别通过pCMV6-entry-CDS1质粒或空载pCMV6-entry质粒完成稳定转染。随后，采用RNA测序（RNA Sequencing）技术对上述样本的RNA进行高通量测序。最终，基于测序分析结果，在转录层面完成了各样本基因表达水平的评估。
