Original data for comparing climatic, habitat, and trophic niches of two sister shark species.

These are original data used to analyze climatic, habitat, and trophic niches of the two sister shark species in the genus of Scoliodon-- S. laticaudus and S. macrorhynchos. The Sco_lat_all.txt and Sco_mac_all.txt are species data for the two species. The S_lat_climate.zip include the climate variables across the range of the two species. The Scoliodon_C_N.xlsx is the original isotope data for the two species sampled from China. The inter_species.csv, inter_sex.csv, and inter_period.csv are the specific isotope data for the trophic niche comparison between species, and their samples within same sex, and within same life-history stage. Habitat data for the two species are too large to be uploaded here but can be provided by the correspondence author through email.
