集成微流控合成的DNA/RNA适配体功能化生物沸石咪唑骨架数据集

本数据集含有微流控芯片合成BioZIF-8的流程示意图，BioZIF-8电镜图像，zeta电势，及元素分析。数据基于S4800扫描电子显微镜，Tecnai G2 20 S-TWIN透射电子显微镜，JEM 2100Plus扫描透射电子显微镜，Zetasizer Nano粒度电位仪产生，主要记录了封装牛血清白蛋白的适配体功能化生物沸石咪唑骨架表征数据。This dataset contains flow charts for the synthesis of BioZIF-8 via microfluidic chips, electron micrographs of BioZIF-8, zeta potential data, and elemental analysis results. The data was generated using a Hitachi S4800 scanning electron microscope, a Tecnai G2 20 S-TWIN transmission electron microscope, a JEM 2100Plus scanning transmission electron microscope, and a Zetasizer Nano particle size and zeta potential analyzer. This dataset mainly records the characterization data of aptamer-functionalized BioZIF-8 encapsulated with bovine serum albumin.
