Data and code for: Field evaluation of a modular low-cost IoT telemetry system for biofloc aquaculture, with carbonate-equilibrium self-validation of pH

Measurement data and analysis code for the article "Field evaluation of a modular low-cost IoT telemetry system for biofloc aquaculture, with carbonate-equilibrium self-validation of pH". The data come from two biofloc tilapia tanks at the Cotové Agricultural Station, Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Santa Fe de Antioquia, Colombia. The package contains raw and cleaned telemetry, the paired campaign against reference instruments, the transcribed manual log sheets, and the scripts for data cleaning, computation of the reported values, the carbonate-equilibrium plausibility rule, plot generation and verification of the values reported in the text. The channels of the chemical module are distributed uncorrected and contain documented failures; see README.md and the quality report before using them. README.md describes the files, the column dictionary and the steps to reproduce the results.
