Place Pulse

Place Pulse is a crowdsourcing effort that aims to map which areas of a city are perceived as safer, livelier, wealthier, more active, beautiful and friendly. By asking users to select images from a pair, Place Pulse collected more than 1.5 million reports that evaluate more than 100,000 images from 56 cities.The data has been cleaned by David Buil-Gil before releasing it to the public.

Place Pulse 是一项众包项目，旨在绘制城市中被公众感知为更安全、更具活力、更为富庶、活跃度更高、更为美观且更具亲和力的区域。该项目通过要求用户从成对图像中做出选择的方式，累计收集了超过150万份评估报告，对来自56座城市的10万余张图像进行了评价。该数据集在公开发布前，已由David Buil-Gil完成数据清洗工作。
