During the growth of vegetables, pesticides are sprayed for pest control. To prevent food safety incidents, this dataset provides the results of phorate residue content in tested samples. The detection data is generated in strict accordance with the requirements of GB 23200.8-2016, National Food Safety Standard of China: Determination of 500 Pesticides and Related Chemical Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), and the qualification of the samples is judged based on GB 2763, National Food Safety Standard of China: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods. This dataset is critical to consumer food safety, offering reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions, with indispensable importance.
1. Data Collection: Collect information including the names of seasonal vegetable samples and testing items;
2. Testing Algorithm: Conduct tests on the samples according to GB 23200.8-2016, National Food Safety Standard of China: Determination of 500 Pesticides and Related Chemical Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). 3. Data Analysis: Evaluate the content data against GB 2763, National Food Safety Standard of China: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods. Samples with residue levels within the specified limits are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limits are unqualified, which serves to assess their edible safety.
4. Algorithm Rules: Seasonal vegetable phorate problem detection rate = Number of detected problematic items / Total number of samples.
