The global transcriptional profiles of Pseudomonas aeruginosa phages LUZ19, LUZ24, YuA, PAK_P3, 14-1 and phiKZ was obtained using the long read RNA sequencing technique ONT-cappable-seq. Using this approach we obtained a comprehensive genome-wide map of viral transcription start sites, terminators and transcription units. 本研究采用长读长RNA测序技术ONT-cappable-seq,获取了铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)噬菌体LUZ19、LUZ24、YuA、PAK_P3、14-1及phiKZ的全基因组转录谱。通过该技术手段,我们获得了病毒转录起始位点、终止子及转录单元的全基因组范围综合注释图谱。 实验整体设计:采用ONT-cappable-seq技术,对感染不同噬菌体(LUZ19、LUZ24、YuA、PAK_P3、14-1及phiKZ)的铜绿假单胞菌开展全长转录组分析。
