Comprehensive transcriptome analysis in Babao Dan treated pancreatic cancer cell line derived xenograft mouse models

Babao Dan has efficient therapeutic effects on patients with pancreatic cancer.However, little is known about how Babao Dan works on molecular levels.Here, we comprehensively investigate the transcriptome change after Baoba Dan treatment through a pancreatic cancer derived cell line xenografts mouse model. Illuminate the complexity of transcriptome change after Babao Dan treatment through high-throughput sequencing data.

八宝丹对胰腺癌患者具有显著的治疗效果。然而，目前对于八宝丹发挥治疗作用的分子机制仍不甚明晰。本研究通过胰腺癌来源细胞系异种移植瘤小鼠模型，借助高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）数据全面探究了八宝丹给药后的转录组（transcriptome）变化，并阐明了该过程中转录组变化的复杂特征。
