Dataset for paper : A New Horizon for Zinc Phosphide: Hole Mobility up to 520 cm2/Vs with Selective Area Epitaxy

There are three folders in the dataset, one for TEM data, one for the Hall mesurements and one for the Photoluminescence (PL) measurements :TEM data : slides that summarizes TEM images + .csv files for EELS linescansHall measurements : .dat files that contains raw data acquired during the measurements (temperatures, magnetic fields and resistance measured for each channels)PL measurements : slides that summarizes results from the fitting for all spectra aquired + raw data acquired during the measurements

本数据集共包含三个文件夹，分别对应透射电子显微镜（Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM）测试数据、霍尔效应测试数据以及光致发光（Photoluminescence, PL）测试数据：
TEM测试数据文件夹：内含汇总透射电镜图像的幻灯片文件，以及电子能量损失谱（Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy, EELS）线扫数据对应的.csv格式文件。
霍尔效应测试数据文件夹：内含测试过程中采集的原始.dat格式数据文件，该文件记录了各通道测得的温度、磁场与电阻数值。
光致发光测试数据文件夹：内含汇总所有采集光谱拟合结果的幻灯片文件，以及测试过程中采集的原始数据。
