We established a co-culture model using cells derived from hPSC and studied the transcriptomes on the lung cells and the co-cultures using scRNA-seq. Overall design: scRNA profiles on hESC-derived lung cells and the co-cultures with M1 or M2 macrophages, respectively.
本研究构建了源自人类多能干细胞(human pluripotent stem cells, hPSC)的细胞共培养模型,并采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)对肺细胞及共培养体系的转录组展开分析。整体实验设计:分别对人类胚胎干细胞(human embryonic stem cells, hESC)诱导的肺细胞,以及分别与M1型、M2型巨噬细胞共培养的体系进行单细胞RNA谱分析。
