Induced domestication of humic reduction-denitrification coupled bacteria

Based on the coupling principle of humic reduction-denitrification, a multifunctional bacterium with denitrification-humic reduction capabilities was domesticated by introducing nitrate into the step-feed water to promote the humic oxidation-reduction cycle during the domestication process.

本研究基于腐殖质还原-反硝化耦合原理，在驯化过程中向阶梯式进水中引入硝酸盐以促进腐殖质氧化还原循环，从而驯化得到具备反硝化-腐殖质还原能力的多功能细菌。
