Transcription profiling of X.laevis development. The experiment were perfomed as a part of our Vertebrate Evo-Devo project. The aim of the project is to compare transcription profiles of normal (unmanipulated, wild-type, whole embryo) vertebrate embryos. Overall design: Total RNA was collected from wild type X.laevis whole embryos at 15 different stages (Stages:2, 5, 9, 11, 13, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 31, 37/38, 43, 48), and hybridized to Affymetrix Xenopus laevis Genome 2.0 Array. All the stages contains data from 2 biological replications. Each staged-samples consists of pooled total RNA from several whole embryos.

非洲爪蟾(Xenopus laevis)发育过程的转录谱分析。本实验作为我们脊椎动物进化发育生物学(Vertebrate Evo-Devo)项目的一部分开展。该项目的目标是比对正常(未人为操作、野生型、完整胚胎)脊椎动物胚胎的转录谱。总体实验设计:从15个不同发育阶段的野生型非洲爪蟾完整胚胎中提取总RNA(发育阶段:2、5、9、11、13、17、19、21、23、26、28、31、37/38、43、48),并将其与Affymetrix非洲爪蟾基因组2.0芯片进行杂交。所有发育阶段的样本均包含2次生物学重复的数据。每个发育阶段的样本均由多个完整胚胎的混合总RNA制备而成。
