Raw reads from whole genome sequencing of WT and mvR Synechocystis strains

Raw data (short reads from Illumina PE150 sequencing) from whole genome sequencing experiments on Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 strains ("Nixon" and "Howe" substrains, both wild-type and methyl viologen-resistant phenotypes). Please also see the readme file for organisation.
