Our study prompeted us to assign, through spiked single cell RNAseq, metastatic function to transcriptomic cluster of colon cancer cells. Interactions between clones also uncover a restrictive anti metastatic influence that act intrinsically and non-cell automomously. We identify VSIG1 as critical mediator of this influence.
