Transcriptome analysis of heat stressed Nicotiana tabacum pollen tubes

Along with lipidomic and metabolomic analyses, we analysed the effect of short-term heat stress on Nicotiana tabacum pollen tubes. Tubes were either grown for 3 hours at room temperature, for 6 hours at room temperature or for 3 hours at room temperature and then 37 °C for another 3 hours. 本研究结合脂质组学（lipidomic）与代谢组学（metabolomic）分析，探究了短期热胁迫对普通烟草（Nicotiana tabacum）花粉管的影响。实验设置三种培养条件：花粉管分别在室温下培养3小时、室温下培养6小时，或先于室温培养3小时后，再在37℃下继续培养3小时。上述三种不同条件（3h RT、6h RT 或 3h RT + 3h HS）均设置三次生物学重复。
