TIMBER PROTECTION COATING MATERIAL， METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME， AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING BUILDING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timber protection coating material which maintains insect-proof effect (particularly termite-proof effect) for long periods. SOLUTION: The timber protection coating material includes a base composed of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol as a main constituent， and a chemical insecticide (termite-proofing agent) added to the base. The insecticide is preferably ethofenprox. Butt ends of a timber 2 and end faces of tenons 12， 14， and inner faces of mortises 13， 15 can be coated with the timber protection coating material using a brush 16. The timber protection coating material adheres to the timber for long periods without detaching as polyvinyl alcohol has high adhesiveness. Chemical insecticides such as ethofenprox exert high insect-proof effect. The base dissolves or softens so that an insect-proof constituent penetrates to the timber under moistened environment by floods and the like. 要解决的技术问题：提供一种可长期维持防虫效果（尤其是防白蚁效果）的木材保护涂料。
技术方案：本发明提供的木材保护涂料以水溶性聚乙烯醇（polyvinyl alcohol）为主要成分构成基底，并向该基底中添加化学杀虫剂（防白蚁剂）。该杀虫剂优选为醚菊酯（ethofenprox）。可使用毛刷16将该木材保护涂料涂刷于木材2的截端面、榫头12与14的端面以及榫眼13和15的内壁面。由于聚乙烯醇具备较高的粘附性，该木材保护涂料可长期粘附于木材表面且不易脱落。诸如醚菊酯类的化学杀虫剂可发挥优异的防虫效果。在洪水等造成的湿润环境中，基底会溶解或软化，使得防虫成分可渗入木材内部，从而在白蚁入侵时可及时将其灭杀。
