Trematodes AI-KFM Dataset

Dataset of animal fecal samples images, extracted thanks to scan sessions made with the Kubic FLOTAC Microscope (KFM), and labels made by parasitologists. Images from this dataset are prepared with Mini-FLOTAC technique, both with egg-spiked and naturally infected samples from cattle, and contain eggshells of two classes of trematodes: Fasciola hepatica and Calicophoron daubneyi.

本数据集为动物粪便样本图像集，图像通过Kubic FLOTAC显微镜（Kubic FLOTAC Microscope, KFM）扫描获取，其标注由寄生虫学家完成。该数据集内的所有图像均采用Mini-FLOTAC技术制备，样本涵盖牛源的人工添加虫卵与自然感染两种类型，且包含两种吸虫的卵壳：肝片形吸虫（Fasciola hepatica）与达氏杯殖吸虫（Calicophoron daubneyi）。
