Ischemia stroke is one of the leading cause of mortality, but the therapies are limited. Dengzhan Shengmai (DZSM) capsule is widely used in ischemic stroke, but the molecular mechanism by which DZSM functions is still unclear. Thus, the Single RNA-Seq technology was employed to investigate the molecular mechanism.

缺血性脑卒中（ischemic stroke）是致死的主要病因之一，但目前可用的治疗手段十分有限。灯盏生脉（Dengzhan Shengmai, DZSM）胶囊已被广泛应用于缺血性脑卒中的治疗，但其发挥作用的分子机制仍未明确。为此，本研究采用单RNA测序（Single RNA-Seq）技术对其分子机制展开探究。
