Trypanosoma cruzi populations

Sequencing of 5 populations of trypanosoma cruzi : epimastigotes with cell cover, epimastigotes without cell cover, amastigotes, trypomastigotes, quiescent parasites.Inferential analysis to describe the different populations and to highlight markers of quiescence.

本研究针对克氏锥虫（Trypanosoma cruzi）的5个种群开展测序，所涉样本类型包括带被膜上鞭毛体（epimastigotes）、去被膜上鞭毛体（epimastigotes）、无鞭毛体（amastigotes）、锥鞭毛体（trypomastigotes）与静息态寄生虫（quiescent parasites）。本研究通过推断统计分析对上述不同种群进行特征刻画，并筛选出静息态相关标记物。
