Raw image dataset for TUNEL analysis of Wdr62 genetrap testis sections. TUNEL staining was performed using the Fluorescein in situ cell death detection kit (Roche) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Images were captured on Leica SP8 inverted confocal microscope (Leica Microsystems).用于Wdr62基因捕获（genetrap）睾丸组织切片TUNEL分析的原始图像数据集。 采用荧光素原位细胞死亡检测试剂盒（罗氏（Roche）），依照产品说明书完成TUNEL染色。 图像通过徕卡SP8倒置激光共聚焦显微镜（Leica Microsystems）采集。
