The metagenome of environmental and enriched samples at the National Taiwan University campus

The project contains the 16S rRNA V3-V4 amplicon sequencing metagenomes from environmental samples collected from the National Taiwan University campus and subsequent enriched samples. This dataset aims to verify the accuracy of a customized method, FRCI (Far Red Cyanobacteria Identification), in identifying far-red light-using cyanobacteria in the environments.

本项目包含采集自台湾大学校园的环境样本及后续富集样本的16S rRNA V3-V4扩增子测序宏基因组数据。本数据集旨在验证定制化方法FRCI（Far Red Cyanobacteria Identification，远红光蓝细菌鉴定法）在环境中识别利用远红光的蓝细菌的准确性。
