Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and life satisfaction in Polish teachers during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic

The data include a sample of 322 teachers from Poland. The web-based survey was performed between November 2020 and January 2021, during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Poland. The survey included the Multi-Factor Emotional Intelligence Scale (MEIS), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) - short form, and Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). The mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between emotional intelligence and life satisfaction was examined and partially confirmed in the study.

本数据集涵盖来自波兰的322名教师样本。本次网络调查于2020年11月至2021年1月期间开展，时值波兰新冠疫情第二波暴发阶段。调查采用了多因素情绪智力量表（Multi-Factor Emotional Intelligence Scale, MEIS）、明尼苏达工作满意度问卷简版（Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, MSQ）以及生活满意度量表（Satisfaction With Life Scale, SWLS）。本研究考察了工作满意度在情绪智力与生活满意度的关联中所起的中介效应，且该效应得到了部分验证。
