We used microarray gene analysis to compare the transcriptional profiles between WT and Bcl6cKO splenic cDC1, cDC2, and pDCs. Overall design: Splenic cDC1, cDC2, and pDCs from WT and Bcl6cKO mice were sorted and analyzed for microarray gene analysis.

我们采用基因芯片分析（microarray gene analysis），对比了野生型（Wild Type, WT）与Bcl6条件性敲除（Bcl6cKO）小鼠的脾脏cDC1、cDC2及浆细胞样树突状细胞（plasmacytoid dendritic cells, pDC）的转录组谱。实验设计概述：从野生型及Bcl6cKO小鼠体内分选出脾脏cDC1、cDC2与pDC，随后开展基因芯片分析。
