Plasma cfDNA and tumor DNA sequencing in CCA

Targeted probe-based sequencing of 60 genes was applied for mutation profiling in 10 ctDNA samples and their corresponding treatment-naive tissues. We aimed to investigate the diagnostic and prognostic values of cfDNA level and tumor-specific mutation in circulating DNA (ctDNA) in CCA.

本研究针对60个基因开展靶向探针测序，对10份循环肿瘤DNA（circulating tumor DNA, ctDNA）样本及其对应的初治组织样本进行突变谱分析。本研究旨在探究循环游离DNA（cell-free DNA, cfDNA）水平与循环肿瘤DNA中的肿瘤特异性突变在胆管癌（cholangiocarcinoma, CCA）中的诊断及预后价值。
