Non-contiguous finished draft genome sequence of the Rodentibacter heylii. Rodentibacter caecimuris strain:ATCC 12555

Pasteurella pneumotropica is an opportunistic pathogen in rodents and is often isolated from upper respiratory tracts in laboratory rodents. Here we report the draft genome sequence of type strain ATCC 12555 which was characterized as biotype Heyl.

嗜肺巴斯德杆菌（Pasteurella pneumotropica）是啮齿动物的机会性致病菌，常从实验啮齿动物的上呼吸道中分离得到。本研究报道了经鉴定为生物型Heyl的模式菌株ATCC 12555的基因组草图序列。
