The goal of our study is to better understand the molecular basis of potato tolerance to soft-rot bacterial pathogens, in particular Dickeya spp., and to identify genes that might be involved in this process. The availability of tolerant and susceptible potato plants allowed for the current study to use next generation sequencing technology to examine the global transcriptional response of potatoes to D. dadantii 3937 challenge, particularly at early stages of infection.

本研究旨在深入解析马铃薯对软腐细菌病原菌的耐受性分子机制,尤其聚焦于迪基氏菌属(Dickeya spp.)病原菌,并筛选参与该耐受过程的相关基因。鉴于已获取耐病与感病马铃薯植株,本研究得以采用下一代测序技术,探究马铃薯在受到D. dadantii 3937侵染后的全基因组转录应答反应,尤其关注侵染早期阶段。
