Future projections of port expansions and climate risks
收藏资源简介:
This repository can be used to reproduce the results and figures of Verschuur et al. (under review) 'Climate risks to port infrastructure for future global trade'. This combines information on global port infrastructure, future trade and investment needs, and climate risks. The repository contains two notebooks:-Future_port_expansions.ipynb — estimates required infrastructure expansion and associated investment costs relative to GDP and throughput projections for 2050. This nodebook needs to be run first, or results in the "Output" folder can be used to run the climate risks notebook. -Future_climate_risks.ipynb — assesses climate hazard impacts to future global ports, including physical and operational downtime risks under multiple RCP scenarios. Please see the ReadMe file for further details. For questions, contact: Jasper Verschuur (jasper.verschuur@eci.ox.ac.uk/J.Verschuur@tudelft.nl)
