Alternative RNA processing events in a double NSR mutant Arabidopsis

We analyze the effect of a double deletion mutant for alternative-splicing regulators nsra and nsrb (Nuclear Speckle RNA binding proteins), on the Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptome. Overall design: RNA-seq experiments (polyA+ RNA) in triplicates for each condition WT and nsrab mutants.

本研究针对拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）的转录组，分析可变剪接调控因子NSRA与NSRB（核斑点RNA结合蛋白，Nuclear Speckle RNA Binding Proteins）的双缺失突变体所产生的影响。实验设计概况：针对野生型（Wild Type，WT）与nsrab突变体两种实验条件，各设置三次重复的polyA+ RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
