In order to understand the differences of bacterial community structure in different eutrophication water sediments and its driving factors, the bacteria in surface sediment of Baiyangdian Lake were studied. Based on high-throughput sequencing method, the composition and diversity of bacterial community structure under two eutrophication levels were analyzed, as well as the correlation with environmental factors.

为探究不同富营养化水体沉积物中细菌群落结构的差异及其驱动因素,本研究以白洋淀湖泊表层沉积物中的细菌为研究对象。基于高通量测序(high-throughput sequencing)技术,分析了两种富营养化水平下细菌群落结构的组成与多样性,并探究了其与环境因子的相关性。
