DPP9 Stabilizes NRF2 to Suppress Ferroptosis and Induce Sorafenib Resistance in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

we performed the RNA-sequencing to compare the transcriptome of DPP9 KO 786-O cells and negative control 786-O cells. DPP9 was knocked out in 786O cell line, and the transcriptional changes of genes after knocked out were explored by RNA sequencing.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）技术，对比DPP9基因敲除（DPP9 KO）的786-O细胞与阴性对照786-O细胞的转录组（transcriptome）。我们在786-O细胞系中敲除DPP9基因，并通过RNA测序探究了基因敲除后发生的基因转录变化。
