Effect of Combination Therapy with Anti-PD-1 Antibody and dasatinib on Liver Metastases in an Experimental Mouse Model

In order to investigate whether dasatinib, a stromal inhibitor, could increase the sensitivity to immunotherapy for metastatic colorectal cancer, we generated a mouse model of liver metastasis. We performed a comprehensive gene expression profiling analysis by extracting toral RNA from liver metastases of mice treated with immunotherapy alone or with immunotherapy and dasatinib. 为探究基质抑制剂达沙替尼（dasatinib）能否提升转移性结直肠癌对免疫治疗的敏感性，我们构建了肝转移小鼠模型。我们从仅接受免疫治疗、或联合免疫治疗与达沙替尼的小鼠肝转移灶中提取总RNA，开展了全面的基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：对仅接受抗PD-1抗体免疫治疗，以及联合免疫治疗与达沙替尼的小鼠肝转移灶的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
