Survey: questionnaire to suppliers in the agricultural and food supply chain on unfair trading practices (UTPs) - 4th wave

On 17 April 2019, the European Parliament and the Council adopted Directive (EU) 2019/633 on unfair trading practices (UTPs) in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain. The EU Member States were required to transpose the Directive into their national legal framework by the 1st May 2021 and apply it six months later. To assess the effectiveness of measures taken by Member States in the context of this Directive, the Commission is conducting annual surveys.

This survey by the Joint Research Centre and the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission is carried out across all Member States and it targets suppliers covered by the Directive at the different stages of the agricultural and food supply chain.

2019年4月17日，欧洲议会与欧盟理事会正式通过（EU）2019/633号指令，该指令旨在规制农业和食品供应链中的企业间不公平交易行为（unfair trading practices, UTPs）。欧盟成员国需于2021年5月1日前将该指令转化为本国法律框架，并在六个月后正式施行。为评估各成员国落实该指令的相关措施成效，欧盟委员会正开展年度调查。本次调查由欧盟委员会联合研究中心（Joint Research Centre, JRC）与农业和农村发展总司联合实施，覆盖全部欧盟成员国，调研对象为农业与食品供应链各环节中受该指令覆盖的供应商。
