Identification of major rhizobacterial taxa affected by a GT soybean line. rhizosphere metagenome

In this study, comparative analysis of rhizosphere bacterial communities was performed between a glyphosate-tolerant transgenic soybean line NZL06-698 (or simply N698) and its control cultivar Mengdou12 (or simply MD12) at the flowering stage under field conditions via shotgun metagenomic approach and 16S rRNA gene V5-V7 region amplicon deep sequencing.

本研究借助鸟枪宏基因组学（shotgun metagenomic）方法及16S rRNA基因V5-V7区扩增子深度测序技术，于田间条件下的开花期，针对耐草甘膦转基因大豆品系NZL06-698（简称N698）与其对照品种孟豆12（简称MD12）的根际细菌群落展开了比较分析。
