The first transcriptome analysis of Epimedium sutchuenense

Epimedium sutchuenense is a perennial herb mainly distributed in Sichuan province of China. In this program, we perform the first transcriptome of leaf, stem and root of Epimedium sutchuenense, aiming to offer some transcriptional data of this important herb.

四川淫羊藿（Epimedium sutchuenense）为多年生草本植物，主要分布于中国四川省。本研究首次对四川淫羊藿的叶、茎及根开展转录组分析，旨在为这一重要药用草本植物提供相关转录组学数据。
